My name is Belinda Postula. I’m married with two children, a grandchild, and a pet named Houdini. My husband and I are retired from Shell Oil/Chemicals.
With 30+ years as an assistant in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, and Oil industries, I started as an Administrative Assistant for Galveston County’s Probation Officers. In hospitality, I worked in Sales & Marketing, as Executive Assistant to the General Manager, and as Director of Catering/Events at Hilton Midland.
At Shell, I supported the Site Manager and a Chief Scientist at the Shell Technology Center Houston, assisted Events operations, and helped organize major community events.
I currently own NiNNi’s Scrap’n Cottage, where I design paper crafts. I also demonstrate crafting techniques for Stampin’ Up, a worldwide paper crafting company. Whether I’m creating projects for myself or others, I find great joy and satisfaction in my work. With over 50 years of creative experience, my passion for paper crafting is stronger than ever, and it remains my favorite form of artistic expression.
Throughout my career, I’ve valued staying open to being a mentee as well as serving as a mentor. Mentors encouraged me and helped me grow, and I believe each arrived at the right time in my life.
As a mentor, I’ve supported interns at Shell and students of all ages, finding satisfaction in helping those who struggled with math and English. Sharing my own “mentee path” with high school girls was especially meaningful, if even one student was motivated by my story, it was an honor.
I believe in Pinnacle’s vision and provide administrative and operational support to our team. Let’s help you get started to catalyze the 20% in your organization and develop a working environment that inspires your people to their full potential.
