My leadership journey is anchored in practical experience, producing tangible outcomes and helping organizations transform insights into actionable strategies. Over the course of more than forty years working in leadership, organizational development, and entrepreneurship, I’ve held roles across multiple industries—from becoming one of Chile’s pioneering female Civil Engineers specializing in chemical processes, to establishing consultancies and advising companies entering the Chilean market. My entrepreneurial efforts include engineering consultancies, outsourcing firms, and agencies that supported prominent American and Peruvian retailers such as Walmart, JCPenney, and Nike.
Fifteen years ago, I founded Business Evolution Strategies (BESTART), a boutique consultancy dedicated to human-centered leadership and empowering women entrepreneurs and executives.
Sustained performance relies on clear standards, Conversational Intelligence®, and emotional intelligence in everyday routines. This approach enables leaders to build clarity, trust, purpose, optimism, and accountability for consistent growth. Success depends on meaningful engagement and supporting others.
