Over the course of more than forty years working in leadership, organizational development, and entrepreneurship, I’ve held roles across multiple industries—from becoming one of Chile’s pioneering female Civil Engineers specializing in chemical processes, to establishing consultancies and advising companies entering the Chilean market. My entrepreneurial efforts include engineering consultancies, outsourcing firms, and agencies in Chile and Peru that supported prominent American retailers such as Walmart, JCPenney, and Nike.
Fifteen years ago, I founded Business Evolution Strategies (BESTART), a boutique consultancy that helps women entrepreneurs and executives turn human-centered leadership into a competitive advantage – strengthening their businesses, expanding their influence, and becoming the exceptional leaders their next stage of growth demands.
