Drawing on over 25 years of international business experience in various industries, I’ve learned that cultivating talent is fundamental to organizational achievement, even as we harness technology through AI, our people remain our most valuable asset.

I started Pinnacle Pathways Consulting (Pinnacle Paths) with this conviction at heart. My career, which I fondly refer to as my time at the ‘University of <fill in company name>’, includes working for two well-known organizations. At DRT Systems under Deloitte, I spent five years as a Senior Learning Consultant, creating impactful learning solutions for Fortune 100 companies. For the following 23 years at Shell, I served as an internal senior consultant, learning advisor, and executive coach for leaders around the globe, developing coaching programs and leadership initiatives that resulted in real behavioral and business changes. Fluent in Spanish, I thrive in multicultural environments.

Language is powerful and the words chosen by leaders will impact trust, culture, accountability, and performance. It is intentional communication aligned with business strategy that propels organizations forward; without it, even the best strategies can falter. This lesson has proven true time and again.

As CEO, I have the privilege of leading an amazing group of people. My hand selected team of seasoned professionals bring with them a plethora of knowledge and experience. We enjoy helping organizations foster cultures where collaboration leads to growth. We focus on leveraging the often overlooked 20% of learning from coaching, mentoring, and hands-on experience, based on the 70-20-10 model. We design spaces where knowledge sharing is intentional, applying leadership learning to real business challenges happens through structured guided peer-learning sessions, and growth is integrated into everyday work while behavioral development is done in real time.
